Cinnamon contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose level  Chromium helps to proper macronutrient metabolism and contributes to maintain normal  blood glucose level    Alpha lipoic acid is sometimes also called as Vitamin B13, which is essential for the function of different enzymes of oxidative metabolism, has many actions in the insulin metabolic pathways, glucose uptake and glycogen synthesis.

Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of Cinnamomum cassia. It has been prized for its many beneficial properties for thousands of years.
For example, it contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose level.
Chromium is a trace element that plays many roles in human body . It is required for proper metabolism of macronutriens such as carbohydrates and lipids , moreover it helps to maintain normal blood glucose level. Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) is sometimes called also Vitamin B13. ALA is a fatty acid that acts in the mitochondria. It can be consumed through eating meats and minimally in some fruits/vegetables.
