Daily Dose:
"Adults: 3 tablets a day. We recommend to use after meals and wash down with a sufficient volume of liquid. In case of swallowing problems it is possible to cut the tablet in two pieces or grain it. The optimal period for use is 3-2 months. It is recommended to repeat the treatment 3-2 times per year as necessary. Generally it is recommended for persons with arthrosis to use glukosamine and chondroitin for a long period and repeatedly."
